Terms of Service

By using coolbananas.video ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

coolbananas.video lets you upload screenshots and photos to generate short animated videos with AI-generated voiceover, music, and motion. We provide the platform; you provide the content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to generate videos for you. We do not claim ownership of your content or generated videos.

You must not upload content that:

• You don't have the right to use
• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains malware or malicious code

4. Plans & billing

Free accounts have usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Fair use

Don't abuse the Service. This includes automated scraping, generating content at scale beyond your plan limits, or using the Service to produce spam, phishing, or deceptive content.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance or experience outages. We'll communicate planned downtime when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
